Description of Ministry:
St. Anne members serve St. Bridget Parish by fostering the spiritual development of women in the parish by providing opportunities for friendship and community spirit through social, spiritual and educational programs. We visit area nursing homes several times throughout the year bringing refreshments and prizes for bingo. We’re celebrating over 75 years here at St. Bridget Church! We contribute to charities and plan fundraisers. We are available to assist wherever needed in the Parish, such as receptions, dinners, funeral Mass, etc. We welcome new parishioners by visiting them and presenting them with a gift bag filed with an assortment of candies, our Parish Ministry Guide, small books and spiritual enrichment items.
Mission/Purpose Statement:
The purpose of the Confraternity is to promote the education of children by the mothers, to promote Christian living and service to St. Bridget Parish, to foster the spiritual development of the women of the Parish, and to provide opportunities for friendship and community spirit through social and educational programs.
