Description of Ministry:
The usher ministry is a vital lay ministry focused on hospitality, safety, and order, representing the first point of contact for worshipers. Ushers warmly welcome parishioners, assist with seating, take up the collection, assist in the Communion flow, and distribute bulletins. They are essential in creating a prayerful environment, often attending to special needs, handling emergencies, and preparing the sanctuary before and after Mass.

To serve the worshiping assembly by providing a welcoming atmosphere and assuring the orderly progress of the liturgy.

Meeting Frequency & Location:
Arrive at least 15 minutes before Mass.
Membership Requirements:
Be a registered, active member of the parish who attends Mass regularly. Display a spirit of reverence, patience, and a servant’s heart, serving as a welcoming presence to parishioners and visitors.
